ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on multiple charges after an arrest.
Just after 9:30a.m. Friday, police arrested Brian M. Johnston, 48, Atchison, in the 500 block Kansas Avenue in Atchison on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of an hallucinogenic drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
During the arrest he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, synthetic cannabinoid, and drug paraphernalia.
