Boys basketball: Schiner’s timely triple helps steer Payne Tech past Science Park

Kyle Schiner posted 14 points, four rebounds, one assist and one steal along with a late go-ahead basket for Payne Tech in its 52-50 win against Science Park at the MLK Day Basketball Tournament in Orange.

Idris Williams also added 14 points for Payne Tech (5-2) to go with five boards, five dimes and two steals.

Waseem Ajeigbe delivered 20 points, 12 rebounds, two assists and two blocks for Science Park (3-2). Henry Kasunmu notched a double-double of his own of 11 points, 10 rebounds and one assist in the loss.
