The James Wan-Produced Film THREAD Is Described as BACK TO THE FUTURE Meets ALIENS

James Wan and his Atomic Monster production company have teamed up with Sony Pictures for a new film project titled Thread. The movie is in early development, and it’s being written and directed by Jeremy Slater, who is the writer of the upcoming Disney+/Marvel series Moon Knight.

The story is being kept a secret, but the film is described as being Back to The Future meets Aliens, which is enough to sell me on the project! This sounds like it could be a really fun and cool movie! Hopefully, we get some additional story details soon, but it certainly has my attention!

The movie will also be produced by Michael Clear (Malignant, Salem’s Lot) with Judson Scott and Melissa Russell serving as Executive Producers.
