To help you out, here are the eight questions for Wednesday’s Pick n’ Roll contest along with some statistics and suggested picks.

Question #1 Most Points By A Player

Joel Embiid vs. Orlando Season Avg. 27ppg

Kevin Durant vs. Washington Season Avg. 29.8ppg

Bradley Beal vs. Brooklyn Season Avg. 24.0ppg

Jaylen Brown vs. Charlotte Season Avg. 24.2ppg

Suggested Pick: Joel Embiid has re-emerged in the MVP conversation due to his recent but extended run of dominant play. With Durant out for Brooklyn, Brown struggling with inconsistency in Boston, and Beal the focus of Brooklyn defense on Wednesday, I like Embiid all the more.

Answer: Joel Embiid to score the most points of this quartet

Question #2: Magic Assists vs. 76ers

0-18, 19-20, 21-22, 23-24, 25+

Orlando is averaging just over 22 assists per game this season. Cole Anthony continues to improve as a complete player. He is now averaging nearly six assist per game. Franz Wagner is in the conversation for Rookie of the Year honors. His ability to make the correct pass is certainly a strength.

Answer: Magic to earn 23-24 assists

Question #3: 76ers Points vs. Magic

0-96, 97-105, 106-110, 111-117, 118+

Philadelphia is averaging 107.4ppg. They have played the Magic twice this season. On November 29 they scored 101 points. On January 5, Embiid and co. totaled 116 points. Philly has been scoring significantly more since Christmas no matter the opponent.

Answer: 76ers to score 111-117 points

Question #4: Nets Points vs. Wizards

0-102, 103-109, 110-115, 116-120, 121+

The Nets last year scored at a prolific rate. No reason to think that would change this season…and then Kyrie opted to be a part-time player, Nic Claxton and Joe Harris among others got hurt, and now their leading scorer Kevin Durant is on the shelf with a sprained MCL of his left knee. James Harden will pick up some of the slack but finding points to even reach their season average of 111.7ppg will take some time. Washington has allowed their opponent to score an average of 113ppg.

Answer: Nets to score 103-109 points

Question #5: Wizards Rebounds vs. Nets

0-37, 38-41, 42-43, 44-47, 48-52, 53+

The Nets three top bigs are currently on the shelf. That should clear some space in the lane for Washington to grab more rebounds on both ends of the court. The Wizards are averaging approximately 45 rebounds per game. Expect that number to rise due to the Nets’ injury woes.

Answer: Wizards to total between 48-52 rebounds

Question #6: Total 3-Pointers Hornets vs. Celtics

0-19, 20-23, 24-26, 27-31, 32-35, 36+

These two teams are averaging a combined 26.3 3-Pointers per game. Trust that average to hold steady Wednesday night.

Answer: 27-31 total 3-pointers

Question #7: Winner of Nets vs. Wizards

Margin of Victory

1-2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11+

While the Nets seemed to have adjusted to life without Joe Harris and with Kyrie playing only sometimes, but now Kevin Durant is on the shelf for the next 4-6 weeks. That will require lineup tinkering and numerous Nets to step up and score well above their season average. Can’t see it.

Answer: Wizards to win by 5-6

Question #8: Winner of Hornets vs. Celtics

Margin of Victory

1-2, 3, 4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11+

After a hot start the Hornets have been up and down. The Celtics, however, have consistently struggled. Boston just lacks a floor leader and team chemistry. Take the Hornets to pull the upset.

Answer: Hornets to win by 4
