OLYPHANT, Pa. — Newswatch 16 found people digging out of the snow on Monday morning.
People were out and about in Lackawanna County after the storm.
About four or five inches of snow fell in Olyphant.
The heavy, wet snow made clearing driveways and sidewalks difficult.
