THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL Spoilers: Will Deacon Keep Brooke’s Secret?

The walls are closing in on Brooke in these THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL spoilers! She came clean about drinking but not kissing Deacon, and now that he’s professing his love, things have gotten even more complicated! How much longer can she keep up this lie? Especially if Deacon doesn’t want to help anymore?

Ever since she got drunk and kissed Deacon on New Year’s Eve, Brooke has been desperate to keep him as far away as possible. But when he arrived on her doorstep, he made things even worse when he declared that he still loves her! “I told you never to come here again!” she insists angrily.

At the Forrester offices, Thomas and Steffy have been trying to work on Ridge and get him to see that he belongs with their mother, Taylor, instead of Brooke, who will bring only more disaster. “Brooke is my wife,” Ridge reminds his kids, “and there’s nothing that’s gonna change that.” However, Steffy seems bound and determined to bring Ridge and Taylor back together… no matter what it takes!

Brooke may have confessed to Ridge that she fell off the wagon on New Year’s Eve, but she conveniently omitted the part about Deacon being there at the time… and that they kissed! So Ridge doesn’t understand why his wife remains so shaken by the events of that night. “You made a mistake and you came clean,” he tells her. “You told me everything. And that honesty just makes me want to be a better person for you.”

Overwhelmed with guilt, Brooke wants to get this weight off of her chest, but she also knows very well that confessing everything that happened on New Year’s Eve would spell the end of her marriage. “If he finds out what we did, Deacon,” she warns, “he will leave me.” Of course, Deacon might not see that as a negative!
