Michael Strahan Reveals What He Was Thinking During His Journey to Space

Michael Strahan never thought he'd find himself in a rocket ship launching up into space, but he had the opportunity, and he shares with Rach that it helped him gain immense perspective.  

"I know you've heard a lot of people say it, but when you're in that capsule...you think about your life, you realize how important people are to you, you realize your role in everyone's life and how important you are in some people's lives...but also you realize how small you are when you're looking back at the planet...So it makes you realize the perspective of how miniscule we are and how precious our time is here on Earth—and really how fragile the planet is," Strahan says.
