Belift Lab Draws Flak After ENHYPEN Was Spotted Shivering in the Cold

Recently on January 16, ENHYPEN held their first in-person fansign event for their recently released album "DIMENSION: ANSWER," which is a repackage of their first studio album "DIMENSION: DILEMMA."

Just like any fansign event, the seven-member boy group took to the stage to give each lucky fan a signed copy of their album, as well as personally interact with them while following health guidelines for COVID-19.

Of course, ENGENEs - the name of ENHYPEN's fans - who were present at the fansign event took hundreds of photos and videos of the group to upload on their social media and share the experience with other fans who aren't able to join event.

However, as photos and videos from the fansign event circulate on social media, fans have become increasingly worried after they noticed the members shivering from the cold weather, with members Sunoo, Jay, and Jungwon being the most affected with the freezing temperature.

In addition, the members can be seen trying to move constantly to try and generate more body heat, while holding only one hot pack each to keep their hands warm.

Seeing this, many fans couldn't help but criticize the group's label, Belift Lab, for not taking care of their artists properly, and allowed the members to attend the event only wearing thin clothing.

At the time of the event, Seoul was around -5 degrees celsius, and Belift Lab not providing the members any heater or blanket only fueled the criticism.

This isn't the first time Belift Lab drew criticism for allegedly not taking care of ENHYPEN properly.

During ENHYPEN's first anniversary back in November, where they held a live broadcast through Naver V Live, Belift Lab had reportedly kept the heaters off during the broadcast and had not given the members any hot packs as well.

In addition, Belift Lab had also given ENHYPEN the pies that can be bought from from HYBE's museum, HYBE Insight, instead of a cake to celebrate their debut anniversary.

With that, fans have been demanding for Belift Lab to provide better treatment to the group, especially as they are becoming increasingly busy with their schedule.
