The Detroit Pistons are currently taking on the Phoenix Suns. Detroit came into this one at 10-31 while Phoenix comes in at 32-9.

The Suns currently hold a 110-84 lead at the beginning of the fourth quarter.

During the third quarter of the game, Cade Cunningham threw down a ridiculous reverse dunk and after the play pointed to the Pistons bench. After the ridiculous slam dunk, the referee gave Cunningham his second technical of the game for pointing at his own bench and he was ejected from the contest.

This is yet another example of referees having too much say in some of these games as that is no reason for a player to be kicked out of a game. Cunningham and the rest of the Pistons stood around in confusion after the play happened because they couldn't believe what the referee was signaling.

Detroit has not played as well as they were hoping for this season but they have shown some promising play throughout the year. Cade Cunningham did not have the start to the season that he was hoping for but he has done a great job in the past few months and has really shown the league why he was the number one pick a year ago.

The Pistons are going to look to fight back in this game against the Suns but it doesn't seem likely at the moment.

Detroit will take on the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.
