Garrettsville – VP Realty’s Third Annual Holiday Light Trail was a huge success! Eighty-nine houses participated in the trail, more than doubling our numbers from previous years. We thank our participants for putting in the time and effort to decorate their homes for viewers to enjoy!
We will continue to grow The Holiday Light Trail. We plan on investing the brokerage’s cut from any business we receive from this event into the Holiday Light Trail for next year. We invite all of Northeast Ohio to participate in The Holiday Light Trail, as well as vote for the winner. We want to grow this event and make it huge.
Holiday Light Trail voting was active from December 18th through December 29th. At one vote per voter, we received over 790 votes! We thank everyone who took the trail, shared, and voted. We appreciate the positive feedback and kind words.
We had two winners for the Holiday Light Trail. #5 in Garrettsville and #48 in North Benton.

Their favorite part of the holiday season is their time off to enjoy time with their kids, small trips, light shows, and relaxation. They are very grateful and appreciative to people who come out to see their lights and vote. Dave is going to make arches for his neighbors to join in on their Wonderland next year!
