Never Forget Max Holloway's Matrix-Like Win Over Calvin Kattar, One Of The Greatest UFC Performances Of All-Time

What a performance.

Max Holloway produced one of the greatest UFC performances of all-time when he defeated Calvin Kattar at UFC Fight Island 7.

Holloway dominated Kattar en route to a lopsided unanimous decision victory in the main-event of their featherweight clash last year.

The classy Hawaiian striker lit up his opponent, landing a slew of vicious elbows as he brutally busted up Kattar's face.

The 30-year-old also ripped nasty body shots and landed some lethal spinning attacks as he returned to the win column in unbelievable fashion, setting a UFC record of 445 significant strikes.

Holloway even shouted "I'm the best boxer in the UFC" while dodging punches from Kattar in an remarkable sequence during the final round.

The final scorecards read 50-43, 50-43 and 50-42 to Holloway who produced arguably his best performance of his glittering MMA career.

He has since picked up another win, beating Yair Rodriguez in a barnburner at UFC Vegas 42 last November.

The former UFC featherweight king had been in line for a third crack at current 145lbs king Alexander Volkanovski until injury forced him to withdraw.
