CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky women's tennis team swept through Thomas More Friday evening to pick up its first win of the 2022 season. NKU women's tennis improves to 1-1 overall.
Match Notables
- Sylvia Gray and Daniela Rosenberger each cruised to vicotry against their Thomas More opponents in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0. Gray defeated Madi Carle and Rosenberger took down Aman Dail.
- Maria Koo and Elizabeth Rozin both had no issue defeating their adversaries as Koo downed Dakota Schroeder, 6-1, 6-0 and Rozin defeated Kim Sabga 6-0, 6-1.
- Laura Sola Grau and Sonia Tandelova wrapped up singles action for the Norse, each picking up victories to add to the NKU point total.
- In doubles action all three teams for Northern Kentucky dominated as the duos of Koo/Sola Grau, Rozin/Rosenberger, and Gray/Tandelova capped off the 7-0 team victory on the road.
