The start of a new year is the traditional time for resolutions; this month's installment of Find Your Cause is likely of interest for anyone looking to incorporate some exercise and activity into 2022.

Staying engaged and active is a key strategy for maintaining physical and mental health and is especially important after retirement. In addition to offering resources for those looking for ways to stretch their minds and bodies, United Way of the Ozarks and other local organizations offer plenty of opportunities to engage by way of volunteering.
