Cache County Sheriffs investigate alleged aggravated assault during fight between siblings

LEWISTON, Utah (ABC4) –  A 25-year-old woman was arrested Saturday night after deputies with the Cache County Sheriff’s Office say she allegedly assaulted her older brother during a fight.

According to a press release, deputies were dispatched to a residence located near 600 South 1600 West in Lewiston on the report of a male who had been stabbed. Upon arriving at the residence, they discovered there had been an altercation between siblings. During this altercation, a woman, identified as Serena Frazier, and her brother where it was reported she hit him in the head with a cane, causing a significant laceration.

The brother was treated  at the scene for head injuries and then was released from medical care. Frazier was booked into the Cache County Jail on one count of 3rd degree felony Aggravated Assault.
