Thank you for trying to get through Hannity's thick head. You can tell Hannity didn't even fact check any of his questions. If he had he would have known that OPEC agreed to cutting back on oil production so the price/barrel would increase. Second, Dakota Pipeline XL was canceled by ET because they hadn't completed any feasibility study and what would happen in an oil spill. ET didn't know what they would do if there was an oil spill in the Badlands because you can't get back there with vehicles, they would have to walk in. They also didn't know how they would determine if there was an oil spill in the Badlands.

finally someone tells it how it is.ppl r quick to blame biden,not realizing the pandemic hit n ppl weren't driving, spending was less.it wasn't trumps fault either.
