The group entered the restaurant Friday night, refusing to show proof of vaccination, as is required in New York City as they tried to dine indoors.

Video showed people chanting “Wake up New York!” and claiming they were being discriminated against for being refused service and asked to leave.

“We’re not trying to disturb your peace, but what you’re doing right now ethically and morally and unconstitutionally illegal,” one man tried to tell a restaurant manager in a video posted on Twitter.

Police officers showed up to deal with the group, leading to most of the protesters leaving on their own eventually, cops confirmed. But four remained, and were issued a summons for trespassing.

Another man wearing a fedora appeared to read Black’s Law Dictionary to a cop, claiming that without his “consent” the mandate couldn’t be enforced on him.

The group also sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” at one point, video shows, while diners either seemed to try to ignore it, or film it. One man appears to clap during the singing, but it’s not clear if he was being sarcastic. They also played Uno at a dining table.

A different man who was led away by cops said “we will win!” to those standing outside the restaurant while another person played the song “F— the Police.” The same man said in a different video, "This is the civil rights movement again!" likening what was happening to segregation.

Anti-mandate protesters have created scenes at multiple city restaurants since mandates went into effect last year.
