Keane has been added to the active roster and will play Saturday versus Vancouver, Cory Lavalette of the North State Journal reports.
Keane will skate on the Hurricanes' third pairing during Saturday's contest. The 22-year-old American has picked up 15 points through 29 AHL appearances this season.
