Morning all
A man walks into a bar...
As he sits down, he looks up and notices three pieces of meat hanging from the ceiling. He asks the bartender “what’s with the meat?”
The bartender says, “If you can jump up and slap all three pieces at once, you get free drinks for an hour. If you miss even one, you have to pay for everyone else’s drinks for the rest of the night. Wanna give it a go?”
The man takes another look at the meat, then says, “I think I’ll pass. The steaks are too high.”

As the ashes are falling,
Well they look just like snow,
I can still hear her calling,
Where the wild winds blow,
As the smoke swirls like mem’ries,
Leaving only her ghost,
Though she might have burned brief,
She blazed out with a heat,
That was hotter than most
Cross the plains of Montana,
Through the west texas skies,
On the wild colorado,
Well forever she flies,
And she’ll dance through the forests,
With her feet leaving fires,
Though the flames will burn out,
Cinders dance all about,
Leaving sparks of desire
And her ashes will go,
Somewhere gods only know,
Where the wild winds blow

Fire seems soo primal. I often wonder, when looking into the fire, how back our relationship goes with it.

What part of the state? Wind hasn’t picked up here yet, but supposed to be in the 15-20mph range this morning sometime until tomorrow evening in NE La.
