Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Liam Cavanagh will consider murdering Meena Jutla in intense Emmerdale scenes to come.
The doctor discovered the shocking truth this week that Meena actually murdered his daughter Leanna to start a killing spree that also claimed the lives of Andrea and Ben.
Liam tried to confront Meena after freeing her next would-be victims, Vinny Dingle and Manpreet Sharma, but the serial killer managed to escape the village before he could catch up to her.

Scenes airing next week will stagger Liam as he finds out from Brenda Walker that the police fear Meena could return to the village for revenge.
Liam turns to a surprised Cain Dingle to ask for a gun, then follows him out to the field for some target practice so he'd actually be able to use the weapon.
However, Cain ultimately takes the gun back once he sees how fragile Liam has become. While Cain assumed Liam would drop the issue, nothing could be further from the truth.
Once the two were back in the village, Liam asks Cain to kill Meena himself if she does return as a way to prove his friendship.

Liam has no idea that Leyla Harding has overheard the entire conversation and now she is the one staggered over how far Liam is willing to go for vengeance.
Leyla feels it's now up to her to convince Liam that violence against Meena won't actually stop the hurt he's feeling. Is Liam willing to listen to her words of wisdom?
