Kadri's Shootout Goal Lifts Avs Over Coyotes, 4-3

The Colorado Avalanche keep rolling at home.

Friday night, the Avs needed a shootout but Nazem Kadri's goal was the difference in Colorado's 4-3 win over the Arizona Coyotes.

The Avs outshot the Coyotes 47-26 and were able to put two goals past Arizona's Ivan Prosvetov. Mikko Rantanen and Tyson Jost both scored in the first 12:03 of the game.

The Coyotes bounced back with the next three goals, the final one coming 39 seconds into the third period.

But Andre Burakovsky tied it for the Avs 29 seconds later. Neither team could score the rest of regulation which set up the shootout.

As the final man to go, Kadri got the game-winner past Prosvetov.
