New leaks about Atlus' critically-acclaimed Persona 4 Golden have revealed plans about future ports.

YouTuber Nate the Hate claims that Persona 4 Golden is on its way not on just one console, but two. Breaking its more-than-a-decade-long exclusivity in PlayStation consoles, P4G is reportedly being ported to Nintendo Switch this year. On top of that, the game is also said to be coming to the PlayStation 4 console.

Meanwhile, the same leaks mentioned by Nate the Hate claim that Persona 6 is going to be a PlayStation 5 exclusive. There isn't any official word yet on this, and official information on the new Persona game is sparse, but it is highly probable that the sixth game will indeed be a PS5 exclusive, given Persona‘s trajectory so far in its past PlayStation releases. While this could be a massive disappointment for fans, one could still hope that the Golden or Royal version of Persona 6 could end up on more platforms than one. Indeed, Persona 5 Royal and Strikers have found their way in other platforms, like the Nintendo Switch and the PC, anyway, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility. The Persona 4 fighting game Arena Ultimax is coming to the Nintendo Switch as well, so the anniversary celebration of the series this year could actually lead to these ports and releases.
