Jeffrey Parkin (he/him) has been writing video game guides for Polygon for almost seven years. He has learned to love just about every genre of game that exists.

You’ll find Uncharted: The Lost Legacy’s Horse puzzle during Chapter 4 “The Western Ghats.” When you solve it, you’ll pick up the Horse Token that you’ll need to collect the Queen’s Ruby bracelet. Uncharted The Lost Legacy’s Chapter 4 Horse puzzle is not overly complicated, but it’s got a lot of steps that have to be done in order. We’ll walk you through them below.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Horse puzzle solution

You can watch our video above (slightly sped up), and we’ll list the specific steps in order below.

  1. Select the outermost ring and spin it so that the opening is to the left. Hit the button to move the pieces in and out. This places in the largest piece in the outermost ring.
  2. Spin the outermost ring so the opening (and the largest piece) is facing right. Hit the button again to move the largest piece out of the ring and to the right.
  3. Spin the outermost ring so the opening is facing left. Select the middle ring and spin it so the opening is to the left as well. Hit the button to move the middle piece into it.
  4. Select the outermost ring and spin it to face right. Move the largest piece in, spin the ring to face left, and move the largest piece back out on the left side — this will leave the smallest and largest piece on the left, the middle piece in the middle ring, and nothing on the right.
  5. Spin the outer ring to the right. Select the middle ring and spin it to face right as well. Move the middle piece out on the right side.
  6. Select the outer ring and spin it to face left. Move the largest piece into it, spin it around to the right, and move the largest piece out. This leaves the smallest piece on the left, nothing in the rings, and the largest and middle pieces on the right.
  7. Spin all three rings so the openings face left. Move the smallest piece into the inner ring and spin it into its final position.
  8. Spin the outermost ring to the right, pick up the largest piece, spin it around to the left, and move it out of the ring. This puts the largest piece on the left, the smallest piece in its final position in the middle, and the medium piece off to the right.
  9. Spin the outer and middle rings so that they open to the right. Move the medium piece into the middle ring and spin it to its final position.
  10. Select the outermost ring and spin it to the left. Move the largest piece in and spin it into its final position.
