So if you’ve been following Path of Exile closely, you know that the game’s next expansion is coming out in February at some point. But when in February? Well, now there’s a trailer telling you… when the developers are going to tell you that! Yes, it’s an announcement about when there will be another announcement, and if that doesn’t make you want to pinch the bridge of your nose and sigh in exasperation, I don’t know what to tell you.
Still, if you’re really into the game, you’ll want to tune into the expansion date announcement stream at 2 p.m. EST on January 27th to find out the exact date in February. Not to mention that at least the little trailer is pretty neat-looking along the way. Lots of tentacles, presumably to be hacked through later. It’s anticipation for the thing you’re actually anticipating. Recursive!
