IO Interactive have announced Hitman Trilogy, a collection that features all three games from the modern series. The trilogy will be launching on January 20 and it's a day-one Game Pass release.

Hitman 1, Hitman 2 and Hitman 3 are being merged into a single package and will be re-released as a Hitman Trilogy on January 20, 2022, IO Interactive, the developer of the series confirmed today.

Hitman Trilogy will be launching on all major platforms including PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Game Pass subscribers will be happy to hear that the full package will be on PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass on day one, which is certainly a big get for Xbox's popular subscription service.

Recently, Xbox announced another big day-one release in Rainbow Six Extraction so it's safe to say that the service is off to a strong start in 2022. Hopefully, that continues over the next couple of months since Xbox's first-party and third-party exclusives output in the first half of the year is not that great now that  Stalker 2 has been delayed to December.

In addition to this announcement, IO Interactive confirmed that more updates are coming including Ray Tracing, Intel's XeSS and Variable Rate Shading features. These still don't have a release date but should be launching in the coming months.
