DC's upcoming Batgirl has lined up a number of new stars, including former Emmerdale actor Ethan Kai – and you can get a first look now.
The movie will see Leslie Grace take on the titular role of Barbara Gordon, and it's now been confirmed she will be joined by Kai, as well as Morbius' Corey Johnson and Avenue 5 and The Thick of It's Rebecca Front.

Character details are yet to be unveiled, but they will all appear alongside JK Simmons, who returns as Commissioner Gordon (and father of Grace's Batgirl), Michael Keaton as Batman, and Brendan Fraser as villain Garfield Lynns/Firefly.
Batgirl is being directed by Bad Boys for Life's Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, while Christina Hodson is writing the screenplay.
Kai played the role of Kasim Sabet on ITV's Emmerdale between 2016 and 2017, and has since appeared in Killing Eve as Tony.

Meanwhile, alongside Batgirl, Keaton is set to return as the Caped Crusader in The Flash some 30 years after last playing the character, and recently opened up about turning down Batman Forever after his final turn in Batman Returns.
"I remember one of the things that I walked away going, 'Oh boy, I can't do this'," he recalled. "[Director Joel Schumacher] asked me, 'I don't understand why everything has to be so dark and everything so sad?' And I went, 'Wait a minute, do you know how this guy got to be Batman? Have you read?… It's pretty simple.'"

He added: "One of the reasons I couldn't do it was – and you know, he's a nice enough man, he's passed away, so I wouldn't speak ill of him even if he were alive – he, at one point, after more than a couple of meetings where I kept trying to rationalise doing it and hopefully talking him into saying, 'I think we don't want to go in this direction, I think we should go in this direction.' And he wasn't going to budge."
Batgirl is yet to confirm a release date.
