NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Dolly Parton is releasing a new song! "Big Dreams and Faded Jeans" comes out Friday.

The song marks the first track from "Run, Rose, Run" - the companion album to the country queen's novel co-authored with James Patterson.

In a 15-second tease of the song on Instagram, fans can hear Dolly sing, "Out to find my destiny. Nashville is the place to be for big dreams and faded jeans."

“Run, Rose, Run” is described as a thriller about a singer on the run who travels to Nashville to fulfill her dream.

Dolly says she couldn’t be more excited about releasing her first novel and the 12 original songs inspired by its characters.

"It's been wonderful making these stories come to life through music," Dolly shared.

The complete album comes out March 4 with the book to follow on March 7.
