Honestly I think Eva is like Corrie's answer to Kim Fox EastEnders- both fun, bubbly, funny and shallow. But there were other sides to her too, which Kim maybe doesn't have. Eva was very childlike which made her loveable, like a big kid. I said this on another thread I think but I get the feeling the new character Daisy (though I haven't seen her much) is based on a cross between Eva and Rosie, she seems to have traits of them both but nowhere near as good! There's just no comparison there really. Eva needs to return sometime to regain her man magnet role. Just like Jason there will always be a place for her on the street while her sister and nephew are around. She only ever wanted to be loved so maybe she could come back with the one, or have a affair with one of her exes? Or get back with Jason if they both came back someday x
I didn't like her that much in her early days tbh, I thought she was too bitchy and catty and her jealousy of Leanne was super petty (remember when she ruined her Christmas wedding to Nick? A real wtf moment) but she softened so much after she bonded with her grandma Gloria's boyfriend that it became impossible to not like her. They made her more comical after she started at the factory the first time and putting her with Jason made her probably one of the nicest characters on the show. I think she naturally matured over time too. But I only ever really liked her relationship with Jason, though I didn't mind her with Adam. Nick was too boring for her and wanted Leanne instead, Rob didn't love her and Aidan treated her like shit x

All Eva would want would be reassurance that Toyah would not be pining to foster Susie herself.
I found her irritating a lot of the time but then again i kinda liked the 'three sisters' dynamic her, Leanne and Toyah had going!!
I would love her and Jason to return as husband and wife, that was when Eva was at her very best for me!!

I loved Eva in the end and she deserved more happiness than she got.
She definitely grew as a character from a spoilt princess when she started to a softer person when she left.
I'd love to see her back behind the bar of the Rovers.
Oh yeah!! Given the choice between the two i'd have Eva back tomorrow and Daisy could take a trek with Kate Connor in Cambodia or wherever never to return!!

I really couldn't agree more with this. I loved her with Jason too, and at least he actually loved her. Aidan just seemed to love himself, I think his only redeeming feature was being played by Shayne Ward. Though I did feel really sorry for him at the end of him being on the show x
I love how you use her catchphrase 😂. I liked Eva as I felt she came into her own as a character, during the Kate Oates era, after being underused in others, linking to how I liked her revenge plot against Aidan amidst his affair with Maria, and there was something about their wedding, that felt very Classic Corrie, with a good mix between drama and comedy, as well as, her performances during Aidan’s suicide story. Definitely wouldn’t mind seeing her back, and I can’t imagine not seeing her back as well, even if it was just for a short stint.
No, because of, ‘the boobies’....We knew she had had an enhancement and didn’t need a constant reminder. Well, I didn’t, Lol.
Daisy can act and is a brilliant addition. Eva couldn’t, IMO........
