EXO Kai Celebrates 28th Birthday, Appears on Times Square New York Billboard
EXO-Ls and Erigoms all over the world celebrate EXO Kai's birthday today, with many conducting fan projects to express their love for the superstar. What's more is that his image can be seen on the New York Times Square billboard! This is a birthday advertisement by Whosfan, a global K-pop fandom platform.
In particular, he took the first place with 34.36% of the votes in the Times Square advertisement voting by the app, held for a week (December 20 to 27).
The ad will be displayed for a week from January 10 to January 16 EST, on a 47-meter-long large billboard placed on a broadway building known as the heart of Times Square in New York.
On January 13, Whosfan released a local video of the advertisement being broadcast through the "Whosfan TV" YouTube channel. In the ad, a phrase to celebrate Kai's birthday and a video boasting a "world-class" performance appeared, drawing attention from K-pop fans and New Yorkers.

More About the 'All-Rounder' Idol EXO Kai
Kai was born on January 14, 1994, with the birth name of Kim Jongin, at Suncheon, South Jeolla Province in South Korea. He joined SM Entertainment after winning at "Youth Best Contest" by the agency in 2007. He was the first member of EXO to be introduced.
EXO Kai has a lot of nicknames: "Asia's First Love," "Deep Breath," "Sun-kissed boy," "Idol's idol," "Olympic Secret Weapon," "Subway Angel," and "K-Pop's sharpest dancer."
