The Green Bay Packers X-Factor for the 2022 NFL Playoffs might come as a shock. We all know how important Aaron Rodgers is to this team, however, they'll need someone else to elevate their game throughout the postseason. It'll be a hard journey for Green Bay to make the Super Bowl, but if they can receive maximum production from the entire roster, they'll have a chance to win the title.

This team has become much more healthy at the perfect time. Furthermore, the bye week is massive for Green Bay's postseason outlook. We should expect the defense to play well, as they've been consistent all year. However, the Packers X-Factor is on the offensive side of the ball.

Davante Adams is one of the best receivers in the league and should deliver for the Packers in the postseason. Additionally, Aaron Jones has been a solid running back who aims to also play well. For Green Bay to make a deep run in the playoffs, they'll need their rushing attack on point.

With that said, here is our Packers X-Factor for their 2022 NFL Playoff run.

Packers X-Factor in 2022 NFL Playoffs

AJ Dillon

As mentioned previously, Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams, and Aaron Jones should deliver for the Packers. It's expected that those three will be the most involved throughout the postseason. Even so, Green Bay could use an extra boost in the run game, which means AJ Dillon could be in line for more carries in the playoffs.

He filled in for Jones nicely in the regular season. Dillon proved he could be a reliable running back for the Packers with or without Aaron Jones in the lineup. The rushing attack is what separates the good teams from the great teams and getting AJ Dillon going would be tremendous for Green Bay.

AJ Dillon has the size and tenacity to be a force in the NFL. He delivers a powerful blow as a second option behind Aaron Jones. Although that's true, the Packers would benefit from having Dillon take over at times to keep Jones fresh throughout the 2022 NFL Playoffs. Considering Green Bay plays in the Frozen Tundra, having a powerful running back can be a useful weapon for this offense.

Not only that but solidifying the run opens up the passing game for the Packers as well. Aaron Rodgers will produce solid numbers regardless, but having a reliable option out of the backfield will do wonders for Green Bay as a whole. Dillon would sub in for Jones, allow the offense to control the clock, and open up the passing attack for Rodgers. Based on that, AJ Dillon is a valuable asset to his squad.

Green Bay won't know who they play against until after Wildcard Weekend. Either way, the Packers will be favored to advance as they're the top seed in the NFC. Whoever they face, Rodgers, Adams, and Jones are sure to produce monster numbers. However, the coaching staff should highly consider getting AJ Dillon more involved.

The 2022 NFL Playoffs should be an interesting series. This year, the entire league was relatively close in the standings. It's up in the air on who will win the Super Bowl, but the Packers are a likely favorite to represent the NFC. We'll see how it all plays out, as the opening round of the postseason begins on Saturday, January 14.
