ESPN tried their hand at predicting the final score of every NFL playoff game, from Wild-card weekend through Super Bowl LVI. With so many intriguing matchups at hand, there’s many twists and turns to predict on the way to Los Angeles for the Super Bowl.
First, Wild-card weekend features a bevy of matchups worth watching. After sneaking into the playoffs, Ben Roethlisberger will be looking to extend his career against the Kansas City Chiefs. Elsewhere, an AFC East rubber-match between the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills will provide plenty of drama. That isn’t it for the AFC — the Las Vegas Raiders and Cincinnati Bengals are both looking to prove they belong in the playoffs.
On the other side of the bracket, the Philadelphia Eagles are looking to pull a huge upset in Tampa Bay against the Buccaneers. Additionally, it’s the next chapter in a historic rivalry, as the San Francisco 49ers travel to face the Dallas Cowboys. Finally, it’s an NFC West showdown on Monday, as the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams attempt to settle the score.
Afterwards, the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers are waiting in the wings for their opponents. With so much unknown and a ridiculous amount of possibilities, here’s what ESPN expects to happen throughout the NFL playoffs.
