Although all of the Kardashians and Jenners couldn’t look more different to when they first appeared on our screens in 2007 (wow has it really been that long?!) we’re going to go ahead and say it: Khloé Kardashian has had the biggest transformation of them all!
Kendall Jenner and younger sis Kylie Jenner don’t really count as they were children when Keeping Up with the Kardashians started, so they’re inevitably going to look very different now. However, Khloé’s appearance changed subtly during the first few seasons of the show, and then quite dramatically towards the final few. And now that KUWTK is over completely, she appears to have undergone the biggest transformation of her life, looking practically unrecognizable!
Let's go back in time and take a look at some throwback pictures of the 37-year-old reality star. We can't believe how different she looks from the first picture to the last picture!
2012-2013
We thought we would start from a whole decade earlier, to see just how much the Good American founder has changed over the years. In 2012, Khloé had the deep mahogany fake tan, dark eye-liner and nude lip combo that literally everyone sported. She was always one for keeping up with the trends. But her transformation just one year later was quite dramatic, as she ditched the fake tan and went for a far more natural makeup approach, with lighter hair and lighter (and dare we say fuller?) brows, leading us to state that she was quite the natural beauty.
2015-2018
A lot changed for Khloé in these three years, and we don’t just mean her hair which got lighter and lighter over the years and eventually stayed at a very LA-ready blonde color. (We think Khloé suits all hair colors – even red when she briefly dabbled in that daring hue – but we have to admit that we are obsessed with her as a blonde!) Khloé's face really started to change back in 2015, which fans attributed to weight loss, and perhaps some cosmetic procedures.
Khloé herself fessed up to some of the procedures she's had done (that makes a change!) telling Andy Cohen in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion last year that she has had a nose job, Botox, and several injections (perhaps she was referring to fillers?) over the years. We think some of these procedures are very evident in the pictures from 2015-2018, as her nose appears to be smaller and thinner, with the tip and nostrils appearing smaller and more lifted, while the shape of her face seems to have changed quite drastically.
2019-2021
Just when we thought Khloé was perfect and wouldn’t want to change anything about her face, she surprised us all by going (what many fans have called) overboard with the alleged cosmetic procedures and plastic surgery. Between 2019 and 2021, Khloé started to look like an entirely different person. It's interesting to note that Khloé gave birth to her and Tristan Thompson's now three-year-old daughter, True, in 2018, and 2019 was when those Tristan and Jordyn Woods cheating allegations first came out. Dramatically changing her appearance seems to be a bit of a pattern with Khloé, as she has once again transformed herself to unrecognizable levels following Tristan's latest cheating scandal, this time involving the son he fathered with Maralee Nichols on his 30th birthday last year.
While many of the mom-of-one's more out-there pictures could be partly attributed to filters and other photo editing apps (we know the Kardashians are addicted to Photoshop for a number of different reasons – we still can't get over Kim Kardashian's latest Photoshop fail!) it's clear to see that her face has changed in ways we couldn’t ever imagine. From 2012 alone, in addition to the procedures she has admitted to, it's been speculated that Khloé could have had an eyebrow lift (check out how much higher her brows are, and how the shape of her eyes has changed in pictures from 2012 to 2021 if you don’t believe us!) as well as Botox to achieve her wrinkle free complexion, facial fillers (which could also include cheek and jaw fillers) as well as the very obvious lip fillers, which fans were extremely concerned about earlier this month. The difference between her pictures over the past decade is impossible to ignore and impossible to get our heads around! What do you think of her transformation?

2022
Khloé has continued to wow her fans with her transformation this year – most of which has been thanks to her post-break-up revenge body, which only seems to be getting more enviable by the day. However, fans were shocked by something completely different recently; and that's a previously unseen, unedited, and unfiltered picture of Khloé that shows her looking a little (ok, a lot!) different to the Khloé we are used to seeing. How does she look *so* different?!
The almost unrecognizable picture (along with a few others) was posted on Reddit on Monday, July 4th, with her ever-changing appearance being the main topic of discussion. Although it's unclear when the picture in question was taken, fans on Reddit have speculated that it could have been as far back as 2018, and before the nose job she confessed to having that year. And the fan opinions on whether Khloé looks better sans makeup and filters were extremely divided! "This will be a very unpopular opinion but when khloe is barefaced it doesn’t look like she’s gotten a lot of work done," one fan wrote, in reference to the unseen pic. "Its when she wears makeup, it looks like she’s gotten 7 face transplants. i think the first photo was in 2018 and it’s almost identical to her teenage photos," they added.
"I think she’s has plenty of work done but I do think it’s really the photoshop that causes her to be unrecognizable," speculated another fan, which several others agreed with. "Plus a boatload of photoshop," another fan chimed in, while another thought that her face changed the *most* ever since she started dating Tristan. "Unfortunately since 2018 her face has changed a lot… tbh ever since tristan she’s gone off the deep end getting work done… sad," the fan commented. "I do think Khloe does more with photo editing and makeup contouring than the other sisters do and I think it’s part of the reason that every single picture looks so different- because that stuff isn’t necessarily as easy to replicate for each photo. She’s definitely had work done but I think it’s less then what you’d think based on her photos," another fan speculated.
