VIDEO: Man, 77, slashed during dispute aboard Brooklyn A train, suspect sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Thursday released surveillance video of a man they are looking to identify for slashing a 77-year-old man during an argument aboard a subway train in Brooklyn, authorities said.

At approximately 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 2, the victim was on board a northbound A train approaching the Utica Avenue subway station in Bedford-Stuyvesant when he engaged in a verbal dispute with the suspect, officials said.

According to police, the suspect slashed the victim in the right calf with a cutting instrument before fleeing the station, on foot, to parts unknown.

EMS transported the victim to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
