A 33-year-old victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to Schrader. The other victim, 21, was also taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries and was in stable condition, Schrader added.

Investigators said the victims were standing in the parking lot when a dark colored sedan parked on Vermont Avenue and four male suspects got out of the vehicle and approached the men.

At least two of the suspects opened fire on the victims before the four of them fled the scene in the sedan, Schrader said.

There were no suspect descriptions available and the motive for the shooting was unknown.
