NCT, BTS, TWICE, TXT, SEVENTEEN, BLACKPINK, And ITZY Sweep Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart

Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week of January 15!

NCT’s latest studio album “Universe” maintained its position at No. 1 on the World Albums chart for the third consecutive week, in addition to spending a third week on the Billboard 200.

Meanwhile, BTS landed a total of five albums in the top 15 of this week’s World Albums chart. “Map of the Soul: 7” rose to No. 2, followed by “BE” at No. 6, “Love Yourself: Tear” at No. 9, “Love Yourself: Her” at No. 13, and “Map of the Soul: Persona” at No. 15.

TWICE’s latest studio album “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” came in at No. 3 in its eighth week on the World Albums chart. “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” also became only the second K-pop girl group album in history to chart for eight weeks on the Billboard 200 this week.

NCT 127’s “Sticker,” which has been enjoying an impressive run on the Billboard 200, stayed strong at No. 4 in its 16th consecutive week on the World Albums chart.

TXT’s “The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE” ranked No. 10 in its 32nd consecutive week on the World Albums chart, extending its own record as the longest-charting K-pop album released in 2021.

Finally, SEVENTEEN’s “Attacca” charted at No. 11 in its ninth non-consecutive week, while BLACKPINK’s “THE ALBUM” followed at No. 12 in its 66th week and ITZY’s “CRAZY IN LOVE” ranked No. 14 in its 15th week.
