Many believe killing is sanctioned by their God

In reference to the "patriot or traitor" controversy, a lot of folks have forgotten that half the people in this country considered Benedict Arnold a patriot and half considered George Washington a traitor.

What makes things different today is that a lot of people today believe that killing is sanctioned by their God. They have forgotten that a God who could supposedly destroy the world with a snap of His fingers went meekly to his death instead. Trust me, no God has ever sanctioned his subjects to kill other subjects of His.

Put your guns away.
