While many people crave that Whopper, there is a new reason to start the day at BK. The Burger King Toasted Breakfast Sandwiches have people getting up early to get a taste. Which of these new breakfast offerings would you pick first?

Recently, breakfast has been booming in the quick service restaurant world. From menu innovation to special deals, that drive-thru is tempting people to make another visit.

While the deals might be enticing, the new menu items set one quick service restaurant apart from another. By offering a unique approach, not only will restaurant loyalists line up to enjoy a taste, it could spark an interest from others. The hope that the first bite would become one of many.

Where can you get the new Burger King Toasted Breakfast Sandwiches?

To start off 2022, Burger King is testing new menu items. While the Whopper Melts offerings are limited to select locations in Ohio, the new Toasted Breakfast Sandwiches have a limited test market, too.

These sandwiches will be available in Buffalo, New York starting on January 19, 2022, for a limited time. But, everyone should hope that they are well received. Maybe these breakfast items could find their way to a BK menu later this year.

The three Burger King Breakfast Sandwiches are Toasted Breakfast Sandwiches Ham & Cheese, Cheese, Sausage & Egg and Crispy Chicken. Similar to the Melts that are being tested, it is all about the toast. Each new breakfast sandwich is served on toasted bread.

Looking at the photos, the bread looks substantial enough to stand up to the ingredients. No one wants crumbly bread mid-bite. The toast adds texture to the sandwich, which can lead to eating enjoyment.

While the first two sandwiches are classic breakfast offerings, the Crispy Chicken seems to be a response to the other quick service restaurant offerings. The key to this sandwich will be the smoky maple glaze. It will add another layer of flavor, but the glaze shouldn’t make the toast mushy. It will be interesting to see how these ingredient meld together.

For now, only Buffalo, New York will wake up to this new breakfast offering. It remains to be seen if they will earn the crown. Do you think that these new Burger King Toasted Breakfast Sandwiches are the greatest thing since sliced bread?
