Warriors: Gary Payton II (left ankle sprain) and Otto Porter Jr. (left shoulder soreness) are questionable. Draymond Green (left calf tightness) and James Wiseman (right knee injury recovery) are out.
Grizzlies: Steven Adams (health and safety protocol) and Yves Pons (right ankle soreness) are questionable. Dillon Brooks (left ankle sprain) is out.
Advice and prediction
This game is too close to call to bet on a spread one way or the other, though the Grizzlies’ moneyline is tempting. With Dillon Brooks out and the Warriors likely to send a lot of defensive pressure toward Morant, I’m instead looking at Desmond Bane to hit his point total over at 17.5.
Bane is averaging 17.7 points per game on the year, but he’s been extremely impressive for the Grizzlies over the last month. In his last four games, Bane is shooting 54.5 percent from 3 on 8.3 attempts per game. He’s on fire, and with his workload, 17.5 shouldn’t be too much of an issue.
