The Bears signed Willis to a reserve/future contract Tuesday, Larry Mayer of the Bears' official site reports.
Willis joined the Bears' practice squad in mid-December and didn't take the field during the lone game in which he was elevated to the active roster. The 25-year-old will attempt to carve out a depth role during the offseason.
