Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian are fully immersed in the honeymoon stage of their relationship.
A source close to the couple told Page Six exclusively that the “Saturday Night Live” star is “bringing out the best” in the Skims founder.
“She’s super happy and relaxed with him. Pete is super humble, down-to-earth,” our insider shared. “He doesn’t care about appearances or being cool. With Pete, Kim feels zero pressure to be anything but herself.”
We’re also told Davidson’s “grounded” lifestyle — he did live in his mom’s basement until last year, after all — “is what Kim admires so much about him.”
While the former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star, 41, is busy maintaining a wide portfolio of businesses, the “Suicide Squad” actor, 28, is also focusing on his own projects.
“He has several big projects in the works outside of ‘SNL,’ and she loves how hard-working and focused he is,” our source shared, adding that Kardashian appreciates that he makes their bicoastal relationship work by seeing her “as much as he can.”
A separate source also told us that Davidson encourages Kardashian to wear whatever she wants on their dates so they can just be themselves — a polar opposite approach to her estranged husband, Kanye West, who lives to give his gal pals makeovers.
Reps for Kardashian and Davidson didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
Although Davidson and the KKW Beauty founder just returned from a whirlwind trip to the Bahamas, the pair have been trying to maintain a low profile by avoiding paparazzi at celebrity hotspots. West, on the other hand, has been photographed with new flame Julia Fox at camera-happy restaurants Carbone and Craig’s.
Insiders previously told us that while the former E! reality star is “happy” and has “moved on” from her marriage to West, “she always wants Kanye to be happy.”
The estranged couple share four children: North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.
