EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders is lining up a potentially dramatic showdown between Jay Brown and Mick Carter, as Jay's frustrations over Janine Butcher reach boiling point.
In scenes set to air later this month, Jay will accuse Mick and Janine of having an affair in full view of punters at The Vic – but are his suspicions correct?
In a couple of weeks, Honey Mitchell is embarrassed to see Jay completing his community payback while a gleeful Janine looks on and watches him work.

Later at the car lot, social worker Claire Reid asks Jay for a character reference for Janine, and he wastes no time in exposing her true colours. Keen to get his own back, Jay heads to the pub and takes delight in telling Janine that the social worker knows all about her past.
While Mick is concerned by Jay's comments, Janine brushes off her past indiscretions. In a bid to help her case, she subtly asks Mick if he would pretend to be her partner when she meets with the social worker.
Mick agrees to Janine's request but insists that no-one can find out about the arrangement.
When Jay realises Mick has helped Janine with the visit, he berates him in front of everyone at The Vic, dishes the dirt on Janine's past, and accuses the pair of having an affair.
Meanwhile, Stuart Highway overhears the drama and assumes Jay is actually talking about his wife Rainie.
While the drama unfolds at the bar, upstairs at The Vic, Janine's meeting with Claire appears to be going well.
EastEnders airs these scenes next Thursday (January 20) and Friday (January 21) on BBC One. EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
