Johnsson returned to practice Tuesday after exiting the league's COVID-19 protocols, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.
Johnsson hasn't scored a goal in 15 straight outings despite putting 30 shots on net over that stretch. With the Devils also getting back Pavel Zacha and Yegor Sharangovich, the 27-year-old Johnsson may struggle to crack the top six.
