Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings star Simu Liu has teased possible storylines for the movie's sequel.
News of a follow-up to the Marvel film was confirmed last year, though concrete story details are yet to be announced.
There's no doubt that we'll see what happens to Shang-Chi now he has the Ten Rings, and that's something the actor seems keen on... alongside as an expansion into the wider MCU.

Speaking to Complex Canada, Liu mused on what he would like to explore: "I think just what Shaun decides to do with all this newfound power, you know? It kind of consumed his father, consumed Wenwu.
"I'm curious as to how someone much younger, much more inexperienced, would fare against the rings. Just this idea of all of a sudden being gifted something that's so powerful but also so dangerous."
The star continued: "And then the other big question I have is, you know, in what way does Shaun fit in with the rest of the MCU? Who are you going to see? What kind of crazy team-ups? What kinda tie-ins, Easter eggs?
"I'm just as much in the dark and everyone else, so I don't know anything, but I'm excited to dive into that process."

Liu previously hit back at critics following the news that a Shang-Chi sequel had been greenlit, sharing the news on Twitter with the words: "Flopped so hard we got a sequel!!"
Confirming the second movie last month, Marvel boss Kevin Feige said: "[Director] Destin [Daniel Cretton] is an amazing collaborator who brought a unique perspective and skill to Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
"We had a fantastic time working together on the film and he has so many intriguing ideas for stories to bring to life on Disney+, so we're thrilled to expand our relationship with him and can't wait to get started."
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is streaming on Disney+.
