All restaurants including fast food chains have a manager or head chef that is responsible for the quality of food being prepared and served. When these individuals fail to stop food going out cold or old and stale or wrong orders they need to be replaced by a competent manager or chef that can and will provide quality food items to every customer.Start by stop accepting cold ,old , stale or incomplete orders by fileing a complaint to their corporate office and to the manager on duty at that time.Stop paying high prices for sub standard food...... Only the customers can make a difference and change to being served poor quality food items.

I agree fresh food but than people gonna complain why is it taking so long supposed to be fast food, can never win with people this days always something

McDonald's fries were great thirty-five years ago before they switched to using veg-shortening in fryer. And guess what? the amount of different chemicals they add to this oil to keep it stabilized and such is mind boggling. I bet the fries from yesteryear fried in beef-tarrow were healthier. boy oh boy were those fries good.
