New York signed Harris (ankle) to a reserve/future contract Monday, Michael Eisen of the Giants' official site reports.
Harris appeared in four games with the Giants this season, before being waived with an injury designation late December. It now looks like he's returned to health, however. In those four appearances, the depth linebacker notched seven tackles (three solo).
