EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders' Chelsea Fox will get another shock next week, as her new husband Gray Atkins continues to manipulate her.

Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) is now aware that Gray murdered his wife Chantelle, and is desperately trying to escape him.

With their baby son Jordan fighting for his life in hospital, Chelsea is being forced to bide her time with Gray, but will grow increasingly fed up of his manipulative behaviour in upcoming scenes.

When Gray suggests to Chelsea that they should register Jordan's birth, she relays this to a concerned Whitney and Kheerat.

They both encourage Chelsea to stick to their plan but Whitney can sense that Chelsea is on edge.

Chelsea explains to Whitney that even if Gray does go to prison, she will never get rid of him once he is registered on the birth certificate. Whitney then urges Chelsea to sign the birth certificate without Gray on there.

Later, Gray informs Chelsea that Jordan is breathing on his own so they don't have to be at the hospital. This throws Chelsea's plans into disarray, as she now doesn't have an excuse to leave the house and get her passport, in order to register Jordan's birth.

Thankfully, Kheerat is on hand to help out and he manages to entice Gray to The Vic in celebration of Jordan's birth.

Chelsea manages to sneak out and get her passport, but is caught by Gray as she returns home.

Although Chelsea lies that she just nipped out to get milk, he is unconvinced and his suspicions continue to rise later on.

After agreeing to go to the hospital to see Jordan with Gray, Chelsea gives Kheerat an update and he promises to meet her there to support her signing the birth certificate.

However, as she goes to register Jordan's birth – Chelsea gets a shock.

As Chelsea reels from what she found out, Denise simply assumes she is overtired so gives her some pills to help her sleep.

Denise later advises Gray to book a GP appointment to see if they can help Chelsea, who isn't eating. Gray later surprises Chelsea with a gift, but what is it? And will she be able to escape his manipulation before it's too late?
