In development and in marketing, Crystal Dynamics was adamant that it was not making an MCU game. Fast-forward, and now the only content regularly being released for the game are MCU suits for the its various different characters. A group of industry veterans who worked on classics such as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4 have announced a new survival game called Among the Trolls. There's no shortage of survival games out there at the moment thanks to titles like Rust, DayZ, Ark, The Long Dark, and many others, but the genre keeps growing. It was also recently confirmed that Conan Exiles developer Funcom is working on a new survival game set in the Dune universe, so it's rapidly expanding and will likely continue to as many developers find more and more success within it.

Marvel's Wolverine Has a New Narrative Director
Marvel's Wolverine has gained a new narrative director in the form of Walt Williams. Insomniac Games has quickly built up a reputation for its as some of the best storytellers in gaming. The team really showed its potential with games like Resistance, but found major critical and commercial acclaim with its Spider-Man games. Although Insomniac is deep into development on Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Insomniac also confirmed that it is working on Marvel's Wolverine. This will be the first AAA Wolverine game since Activision's beloved X-Men Origins: Wolverine, so the bar has been set for the character.

A new Call of Duty leak is making the rounds. The leak doesn't come the way of official channels, but has been validated by several prominent Call of Duty leakers and insiders. That said, right now, it's not clear what exactly the footage is of. More specifically, it's not clear if it's pulled from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer mode or the rumored DMZ mode or if it's pulled from Call of Duty: Warzone 2. Of course, Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be very similar in terms of look and feel, so a leak for one is more or less a leak of the other, but they are technically separate products and right now there's no word of which the footage is of.

Now, with Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero set to arrive in theaters around the world later this summer, a new image of Piccolo has landed as a part of the dubbing process, featuring the Namekian while not in his new form that gets rid of the lines on his arms and changes his green skin.

Supernatural Spinoff The Winchesters Poster Released by The CW
The world of Supernatural is finally back on The CW — and we have our first look at what that will entail. On Thursday, during the network's Upfronts presentation, fans were treated to the first poster for the show's upcoming spinoff series, The Winchesters. The Winchesters will recount the epic, untold love story of how John met Mary and how they put it all on the line to not only save their love, but the entire world. The series will star The In Between's Drake Rodger as John, and American Housewife's Meg Donnelly as Mary. The cast will also include Legacies alum Bianca Kajlich as John's mom, Mary, as well as Jensen Ackles, who returns to his Supernatural role of Dean Winchester as the series' narrator, and also executive produces the series.

While we're only a few months into the tenure of Warner Bros. Discovery, a lot has been reported about the company's decisions, particularly with regards to its CEO and President David Zaslav. A new article from The Wall Street Journal shines a light on Zaslav's new strategy with regards to WBD's upcoming films, and it provides an interesting morsel with regards to the future of the Harry Potter franchise. According to the report, Zaslav is looking to make "fresh" content relating to Potter for HBO Max, and reportedly plans to meet with series creator J.K. Rowling in the coming weeks to discuss as much.
