PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pikeville man was arrested after police found him allegedly driving under the influence in a stolen SUV.

A state trooper stopped Bradley Newsome, 38, of Pikeville, after seeing him driving with only one headlight and a license plate that didn’t return any records.
