With a "Happy Birthday" serenade from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City ladies, Meredith Marks' dog Teddy as an adorable guest, and everybody ending up in the pool, Seth Marks' 49th birthday party was definitely a fête we won't soon forget.

However, the most memorable moment of the event featured in the January 9 episode of RHOSLC came courtesy of Whitney Rose, who surprised Seth with a birthday cake made in the shape of, um, her breasts. "I know that you have a certain appreciation for my cleavage," she told Seth at the party before several flashback clips of Meredith's hubby playfully complimenting Whitney played. "I thought I'd give you a mouthful so that we never have to hear it again."

Meredith seemed to have a good sense of humor about the cake, smiling and laughing after Whitney presented the gift to Seth. And when it comes to Seth's comments about Whitney, Meredith explained in The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show that they are both in on the joke. "Seth is very sarcastic, and I don't know if people get it or not. He would not have gone there with anybody. Whitney has a good sense of humor," Meredith said in the above clip, which is exclusive to Bravo Insider members. "Knowing her and knowing that she's light-hearted about it and whatever, it was meant to be funny. And he just wanted to make people laugh and have a good time with it."
