Eclipse Gaming Monday announced the appointment of Laura Olson-Reyes as senior vice president of marketing. Olson-Reyes will be in charge of marketing, communications and community relations strategy for the Georgia-based software gaming company.
“Laura is a proven marketing executive with extensive experience in driving omni-channel product and corporate marketing programs and world-class communications,” said Eclipse Gaming Chief Operating Officer Rob Visintainer in a statement. “Her long-time experience in the gaming industry, overseeing both B2B and B2C initiatives, will help propel Eclipse Gaming to the next level of our growth as we focus on delivering exciting games and further penetrating the tribal gaming market and select commercial markets across the United States.”
Olson-Reyes has worked in the gaming industry since 1992, and was most recently vice president of marketing and corporate communications at American Gaming Systems. She also has worked in corporate relations and marketing for Scientific Games and Bally Technologies.
Olson-Reyes has also worked for Anchor Gaming, the Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower, Harrah’s Entertainment, and Aristocrat Technologies.
In 2012, Olson-Reyes earned the Great Women of Gaming Proven Leader Award; in the same year, she was named among VEGAS INC.‘s Women to Watch. In 2014, she was awarded The Communicator — Gold Award in the Women World Awards for her outstanding communication skills.
