The 'Squid Game' cast is proving once gganbu, always gganbu!

On January 10 KST, the show's leading actor Lee Jung Jae took to his personal Instagram account to congratulate his co-star O Yeong Su on his Best Supporting Actor win at the recent '2022 Golden Globes.'

"Il Nam teacher, congratulations,"
Lee Jung Jae wrote. "Every scene I did with you was an honor. Starting from being your gganbu."

The actor uploaded an image of the two together on the 'Squid Game' set, immersed in their roles as Oh Il Nam (#001) and Seong Gi Hun (#456).

Meanwhile, as previously reported, O Yeong Su became the first Korean actor in Golden Globes history to win an award after nabbing Best Supporting Actor in a Television Series on January 9.

That was a non-event. Golden Globes were boycotted by virtually all big media organisations. Even regular broadcaster NBC dumped them. Golden Globes are done.
